Special attention has been paid to the newly designed headlight. It is made entirely of metal, and the headlight housing is painted. The lamp ring features an integrated lampshade and is finished with high-quality chrome plating (7 layers). This was a new design element for us.
The LED reflector itself features the following innovations: In the center, there is an integrated logo inscription (“Never Give Up”), and around the outer edge, LEDs are arranged in a circle (serving as position lights).
When the ignition is turned on, the inscription and the LEDs light up. However, the main highlight of our new headlight is its impressive brightness.
This is a stainless steel handlebar with a wall thickness of 3 mm (304). The mounting brackets are welded on. We also install high-quality handlebar fittings with this handlebar.
Our tank has a very large capacity of 7.6 liters, and combined with low fuel consumption, it provides a range of nearly 500 km.
Our GZ100 features a newly designed hydraulic suspension fork with interchangeable adapters. Currently, drum brake mounts are installed, as this is the retro version. Anyone who wants to switch to disc brakes in the future can simply swap out the adapters.
Our new front and rear fenders are also made from the same thick material as the fuel tank. Unlike other manufacturers, we aim to produce products that are truly rugged and sturdy. That’s why we don’t skimp on materials; instead, we prioritize quality to build top-of-the-line motorcycles.
This sprocket was developed specifically for the GZ mini Q. It features an additional rubber ring, which effectively reduces noise.
Specially designed for optimal performance, this exhaust system not only delivers a powerful sound but also ensures improved exhaust flow and a sleek appearance.
This speedometer was developed specifically for this Monkey. It is unique worldwide and available exclusively from us. This speedometer unit features a retro LCD design. It includes a self-test function, as well as indicators for neutral, gear, mileage, speed, and RPM. It also features warning lights for turn signals, high beams, fuel level, and engine malfunctions.
We use a high-quality lithium battery with a safety mechanism that reserves 20% of its energy. If the charge level drops below 20%, the system shuts down the entire fuel injection system. If you want to restart the motorcycle afterward, you must turn the ignition key off for 5–6 seconds and then turn it back on. The battery will then provide sufficient power to start the engine. Another advantage is the very short charging time and low weight.
We use only high-quality hoses (fuel, clutch, and brake lines). We have carefully customized these hoses and subjected them to rigorous testing. By featuring our logo on every hose, we ensure that our products are of the highest quality.
